Sometimes it is just embarrassment alone that stops us from paying someone a compliment, we're worried what they might think of us, or that they're not interested in hearing it. Even the most seemingly confident person you know can still be made to feel special by hearing that compliment or seeing your smile.
When in doubt just consider how good you would feel if someone treated you that way. That kind word, honest compliment, or even a warm smile can empower someone and turn their life around.

World Hypnotism Day
Friday 4th January was the 4th annual World Hypnotism Day, this was the day when hypnotists around the world had the opportunity to provide people with information about hypnosis and its many benefits.
To celebrate we had an open day at Field's Hypnotherapy so that people could come along and find out a bit more about what hypnotherapy is and what it isn't. The open day was a huge success with many people calling in asking questions.
